What we do (and don’t)
- We coordinate and manage upkeep, documentation support, tenant placement assistance, and sale/rent advisory.
- Not a Law Firm: Legal work is executed via verified independent lawyers.
- Not a RERA Agent: For brokerage, we onboard RERA-registered partners and disclose details.
- No Cash Handling: Fees are invoiced; rent/sale proceeds flow directly to your account.

Every visit generates a timestamped, geotagged photo/video report with a short checklist of actions, receipts (where applicable), and next steps.
Keys & Access
Key handovers use sealed, logged pouches with dual verification. Where clients request smart locks/CCTV, we assist with advisory and installation via certified vendors.
Service Levels
- Response time: within 1 business day (Mon–Sat).
- Visit cadence: as per plan (monthly/quarterly/on-demand).
- Emergency support: best-effort coordination; actual response time depends on building rules and traffic.

1. Introduction & Compliance
Addresss ("we," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Data We Collect
- Identity Data: Name, phone number, email address, government ID proofs (for KYC).
- Property Data: Address, ownership documents, tax receipts, utility bills.
- Usage Data: Chat history (WhatsApp), photos/videos generated during site visits.
- Financial Data: Payment history and billing details. (Note: We do not store card details; processed via secure gateways).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your data solely for:
- Delivering requested property management services.
- Legal compliance (e.g., tenant police verification, tax filings).
- Fraud prevention and record-keeping.
- Communication regarding your property status.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We share data only on a "need-to-know" basis with:
- Vetted Vendors: (e.g., cleaners, security) restricted to site address and contact if necessary.
- Legal/RERA Partners: Only with your explicit consent for specific tasks.
- Law Enforcement: If required by a valid court order or government mandate.
5. Storage, Security & Retention
Data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption (AES-256) in transit and at rest. We retain data for the duration of your engagement and up to 24 months after closure for audit purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your Rights (Data Principal)
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of your personal data being processed.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Withdraw consent for specific processing activities (this may affect service delivery).
- Nominate an individual to exercise rights in case of death/incapacity.

1. Service Scope & Limitations
Addresss acts as a specialized concierge and coordination service for property owners.
- Intermediary Role: We coordinate vendors (cleaners, repairmen) but are not the principal service provider for manual labor. Vendors are independent contractors.
- No Legal Advice: We provide documentation support, not legal counsel. All legal work is referred to qualified professionals.
- Brokerage: We are not a RERA-registered agent. Brokerage services are executed via our RERA-registered partners.
2. Payments & Refunds
- Billing: Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-time tasks are billed per estimate.
- Third-Party Costs: Materials, government fees, and external vendor charges are billed at actuals with your pre-approval.
- Refunds: Unused service credits are refundable upon termination. In-progress tasks are refunded pro-rata after deducting costs incurred.
3. Tenant KYC & Police Intimation
When assisting with tenant placement, we coordinate KYC collection and police intimation. However, the final decision to accept a tenant rests solely with the Property Owner. Addresss is not liable for tenant misconduct or default.
4. Liability & Indemnity
Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the professional fees paid to Addresss for the specific month or task in question.
We are not liable for consequential losses, indirect damages, or acts of God (Force Majeure).
5. Communications
By engaging our services, you consent to receive operational updates via WhatsApp, email, and phone. You may opt-out of marketing communications by replying "STOP".
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram/New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
